    • Purchasing price & terms
    • Selling price & terms
    • Delivery details
    • Documentation
      • Documents from supplier
      • Documents for customer
      • Delivery document
      • Contract details
      • Invoice remarks
    • Other costs
    • Shipment & Inspection document details (B/L, CMR etc.)
    • Profit calculation
  • Claims
    • received/given credit invoices and debit invoices
