In trading a partner company might be once a supplier, next time a customer - therefore the partners must be entered only once and they can be selected as buyer or seller for the separate deals.

Following basic information is recorded about partners:

• Company name, main contact details and details of the contact person
• Company registration number, VAT number
• Payment terms
• Loading & Unloading addresses: different warehouse addresses, weight measuring addresses
