Documentation - Documents from supplier

• The database contains a basic list of pre-defined documents, which can be asked from the supplier:
  • Purchase contract, Proforma invoice, Invoice, Weight ticket, etc.
• Database users may extend the list by adding unlimited number of documents
• Users can mark, which documents from the list are „Needed“ and which were already actually „Received“ from the supplier
