Documentation – Contract details

• Purchase and sales contract main text can be edited in the main settings. The main text is the same for every contract, and if once changed, then all contracts printed from the system contain the same main frame text.
  • Following contract details can be changed for each deal separately:
    • Same information in purchase and sales contracts:
      • Signing place
      • Weight tolerance
      • Weight deducted per packaging unit
      • Wooden packaging allowed
    • Details specified separately for purchase and sales contracts:
      • Purchasing unit price depending on net weight (and same for Sales unit price)
        • Table form: users can specify different prices for each loading weight step; e.g. 20t = 300 USD, 21t = 305 USD, 22t = 308 USD etc.
        • Simple form: users can specify a simple formula to be included in the contract for unit price changes.
      • Purchasing contract – Other terms (and same for Sales contract)
